This page contains samples of work I can produce for Architectural and Engineers' practices. As well as working drawings for planning and listed building consent, I can also produce measured elevation drawings. I can produce condition surveys of everything from doors and windows to a complete timber frame which identify where problems exist, accepted repair techniques, proposed remedial treatments and long-term maintenance plans. I can also research a building's history. All can then be used to provide a comprehensive archive of information for the client. Before any construction starts for any new build project, the design is always shown to the client for approval! A sample of an on-site survey drawing prior to dismantling. All elements to be dismantled are catalogued, photographed, measured and recorded so a precise reconstruction can be made later. Often the solution to curing a building's problems comes from involving dialogue and debate between the different parties involved in its conservation.
